Data Policy

This policy describes the information we use to help improve, and make BonaLive and our other services function correctly. This includes the client application (BonaLive) as well as our services we use to manage the application.

1. What information do we use?

There is a lot of different types of information that we use from you. This includes the images, audio, videos and other text related content. This information is mainly projected to other users of the application since whatever you choose to upload, leads to you allowing us to use it in ways we see fit. We do not need you to provide accurate information when it comes to your account and we strongly advise you to retain from exposing any of your personal information that can lead to complications in your everyday life, however, this does not include impersonating others or using other peoples private information. For investigations or any other services that require accurate private information, we will communicate to you directly to request the information, and give you the option to allow us to keep it for when we'll need it again in the future, or delete it directly after we are done with it.

What you and others do and provide.

Please keep in mind that anything you upload to BonaLive is added to our servers. This includes any content, messages, and locations. On the management, none of this information will be reviewed by personnel unless something has been reported, or comes across our attention. Messaging within the application is what we want to keep as private as possible, so the only way we can see a message you sent to another user is if that user reports that specific message, hence an investigation will be done which might include us asking the other user to provide more context or messages. In regards to the promoted content, since there isn't any reviewing process to filter out any content you may think is inappropriate, there is a chance that you may come across this. If you do and feel that the content does not belong in the application, you can then report the upload, user, moment, or message. After investigation, we will provide a suitable verdict. If you, or any of your content/messages, are reported then depending on our verdict we may proceed to delete that specific content; disable your account; delete your account; or in some instances, alert your local law enforcement. This can all be done without your awareness depending on the nature of the offence. We do give you the option to choose your interests in your profile to allow you to filter out what you don't want to see. Visit the help center to see how to do this. Anything you do outside the application will not be collected as information on our servers. We do collect information on which content you viewed, but we do not collect information on what you choose to share via other platforms.

How to delete information about you?

Within the application you will have the ability to delete information you've uploaded. Visit the help center to see how to delete content. If you choose to delete your account, you can recover it by logging in within 90 days. Once 90 days have passed your account will be queued for deletion which will proceed after evaluation is done.

Updating These Terms

BonaLive may change the service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect the service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, JSKWWC will arrange to notify you (for example, through this service) before they make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.
